syclone Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 (edited) Contact LEGO Customer Service if you bought it from TLG. If you bought it from somewhere else you will need to buy another motor because TLG only refunds parts bought from them. Edited February 4, 2016 by LXF Quote
MaxSupercars Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 This happend to me on 3 servos! The common known problem. Contact Lego customer service they send you new one... Max Quote
Damndog Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 This exact same thing has happened to one of mine it sometimes fixes itself then goes back to not working properly Quote
doug72 Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 (edited) Check that the connector block is making proper contact and then try again with the connector coupled directly to the battery box and use battery switch both ways to see if OK or not. If still not working "gently" ease out each connector in the plug and try again - I find this often fixes the issue with PF componants apparently failing. Edited February 5, 2016 by Doug72 Quote

They didn't ask any questions about where it was from. They just sent a new one and asked if I could send the old one back. Gotta love lego customer service! Quote

I had a broken m-motor and they sent me a new one but then when I dismantled the old failing one I discovered that the wire was broken and fixed it.Now I have 3 m-motors.Yes I also love it Quote
