Sir_Deranged Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Hi guys, this is my first time posting a moc here, i have been building for a few months but i feel i am ready to start showing the world my creations. I have a lot of big ideas for the future but unfortunatley my lego collection isnt big enough to fufill those ideas for the moment so i've had to keep my builds quite small. But i digress. Here is my most recent and favourite mocs. Tamachi Charger by Oliver Titley, on Flickr The Tamachi Charger is the latest innovation from the Tamachi Company and their fastesd most powerful bike to date. It harnesses the levotational powers of star sapphire and a very powerful engine, giving it unparrleled agility. The embelem in the corner is the Trident logo of the Tamachi Company, bet you cant guess what logo its based off As i have a background in art, photography and graphic design i plan on incorperating those skills into a lot of my builds. Here are some more detailed shots of the build Tamachi Charger by Oliver Titley, on Flickr Tamachi Charger by Oliver Titley, on Flickr Tamachi Charger by Oliver Titley, on Flickr Thanks for taking the time to look at my creation Quote
Mr Greeble Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Interesting configuration and parts usage! Hope to see more of you. Quote
Sir_Deranged Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 Thanks guys! i plan on posting a few of my other mocs in the coming days so keep a look out Quote
-zenn Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Nice! Love the engine section, very well executed. The front section could use some more attention IMO; maybe a cheesegrater wedge instead of that standard grill, will give more flow. Also that part where the headlight usually goes could use some more tinkering... Anyway, you might be interested in joining the Speeder Bike Contest '16. Quote
Sir_Deranged Posted February 4, 2016 Author Posted February 4, 2016 Thanks for the advice, i always find myself coming back to builds and tinkering with them, so i'll bear it in mind Also, yeah that sounds like fun, i'll see what i can come up with Quote
Sarles Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Great project! I love the design. The engines look outstanding. Great use of the motorcycle piece. Quote
gamejutzu Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 (edited) I really liked the angles you used! This looks really nice, can you post a picture of someone riding it? Edited February 5, 2016 by gamejutzu Quote
Space Police XVIII Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 I actually really like that standard grille piece - nice job! Quote
PaddyBricksplitter Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Very nice. Great parts use here. Quote
Isundir Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 I'm going to guess you used an existing motorcycle for the framework but as I have not a lot of knowledge of LEGO bikes and cars that's just a guess, looks fantastic though. Quote
Sir_Deranged Posted February 5, 2016 Author Posted February 5, 2016 I'm going to guess you used an existing motorcycle for the framework Yes, most of the body is made up of the motorcycle fairing piece but unfortunately the clips have snapped off on mine so i had to come up with another method of attaching the pieces. thanks everyone for the nice comments, and from such talented and creative builders too. hope i can keep up the good work Quote
Space Police XVIII Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 unfortunately the clips have snapped off on mine Interesting, I wonder how common that is. Same thing with mine; I never even noticed when it happened. Quote

Only Sinner Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 It's a very good looking design, I like how beefy it is up front, and greebly in the back, with those extra thrusters front and rear. Quote
