V2 sensor on wing body truck help

Hi I'm building madocas wing body truck and am having trouble getting hold of a v2 ir sensor for it does anyone know if a normal one like the other 3 used will do the job thanks

It will work, but performance will be bad.

I built mine with all V1 receivers. It works fine.

Ok thanks if it's proven to work fine with v1 sensors I'll go with that as I can't find a v2 anywhere does anyone know what the difference between them is

V2 has a higher current limit. If you are not hitting the current limit then it doesn't make any difference.
