[MOD] Microfighters Resistance X-Wing and First order Snowspeeder

Hi there,

as a reader of this wonderful forum for years I finally decided to register.

I am 37 years old, from Austria and since my childhood addicted to Lego.

As my 7 years old son is a huge star wars fan I began to buy a few of these sets recently.

My son complained about the size of the microfighters and that they looked ridiculous. :)

So today I started to beef up two of our Microfighters:Whats your opinion?

The Snowspeeder is awesome. Really good minifig scale

However the snow speeder looked to bulky.... i remade the front part - now it looks more like the big one from TLG. Also it hast now storage for 2 cargo crates :)

How many extra pieces you used to build this moc (maybe 2 x snowspeeder)?

I guess around 60 - 80 extra parts from my collection ...

That Snowspeeder looks great, much closer in scale to the "real" thing.

Not a fan of micros but your's look really well done. I would have much preferred these than the 'midget' sets they made instead

I think the snowspeeder is now more accurate than the official, regular-scale set! Nice job.
