This could just as equally go in the Towns forum as well I guess, but here goes.

OK, so here is the real Tabletown, taken a couple of weeks ago:

And here it is, the Vignette!

Quite hard to get all the features in, but you can see the Crane, some of the train tracks, the harbour area (with another crane), the green football stadium, and a few high-rise buildings.

The white tiles on the wall represent the clouds that float above the real Tabletown.

The coloured bricks below the table contain my loose LEGO and bags and bags of complete kits, all in a semi-built state and ready for display within minutes.

LEGO Doctor Sinister is very happy to be Mayor not only of the real Tabletown but also of his own miniature one. Wow, that could go on forever...if Tiny Tabletown has its own Mayor, does it also have a Tiny Tabletown of its own? And if so, does it have its own Doctor Sinister with yet another Tiny Tabletown...wow, my head hurts.

I've even recreated one of the planes suspended above the real Tabletown.

AHH! No pics!

They are there - my ISP appears to be having some problems, which is about the 3rd Sunday in a row and I'm about to ring them up - I don't pay for commercial webspace for timeouts like this to keep happening.

Try hitting refresh.

Teehee! A very nice vig. Though the crane is a bit out of proportion! X-D

I also checked out your website, in unrelated news, it is very good, but how would one sign up?

Oh, do you mean the Nova Sector one? There's a Yahoo discussion group where things used to happen - but that was years ago, I hold a forlorn hope that one day it might pick up again and we might make a game out of it, but for now, Nova Sector is kind of on hold.

The Tabletown website however is regularly updated.

LOL, great vignette Sinister! I can actually distinguish several key features, which is quite amazing considering the scale you had to work in. You did an amazing job recreating Tabletown in microscale! :-D *y*

That's a great idea! :-D I'm considering breaking Sinnerton soon perhaps I should make something like this while it's gone!

The cool thing is that if you ever go away on holiday, business trip, secret mission or whatever, you can take your whole town with you in your pocket!
