RichardGoring Posted February 4 Posted February 4 That's worrying if they are cancelling parts. My outstanding order has the Nazgûl torsos and capes in it, and I'm really hoping they don't get cancelled. Quote

Roebuck Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Some parts are getting a limit of 10 parts now, about time they if you as me Quote
RichardGoring Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Elation followed by disappointment this morning, as I received an email from LEGO with a receipt. My only outstanding purchase is a PAB order, so it must have shipped! But then, the receipt is only for a single torso (and not a very interesting one). Looks like I'm in a similar situation to @karrit. It's quite bizarre. Quote

icm Posted February 5 Posted February 5 My PaB order from November 28, with white Classic Space airtanks and torsos, finally shipped this morniing. My PaB order from December 9, with parts I need for MOCs and sets, hasn't shipped yet. Quote

My Nov. 28th order, consisting of 84 of one part type still hasn't shipped, and I've been told it would ship last week by CS and (surprise!) It didn't ship. This whole situation is maddening, and I'm disappointed in LEGO, to be honest. (My recent bestseller order from Jan. 30th was missing some parts too.) Edited February 5 by Murdoch17 Quote

upliftingbricks Posted February 6 Posted February 6 Don't know if this info is useful for anyone in Europe. My 24th Nov order has been on backorder for pretty much whole time and when I spoke to CS last week it was due to the below and I was given dates for when they were due in stock. Was also told rest of my order had plenty of stock even though a week prior to contacting them the star tiles from the Tales of the Space Age set were cancelled from my order as they wont be returning now the set is retired and stock of part is gone. 6375785 - FLAME 4M, W/ 3.2 HOLDER - Due back 7th Feb 6489420 - PREPACK BOX 47X47, CAPE, NO. 30 - Due back 24th Feb 6315437 - PREPACK BOX 47X47, TORN CAPE - Due back 24th Feb Could have cancelled them and got order sent out but risked leaving it and hoping no more items are cancelled from my order. None of the above come up when searching PaB currently Quote

Same for Wolfpack, which had left the site for a while, but came back and I just ordered a couple yesterday. It seems they've coded the site right now not to show anything out of stock even when "show out of stock" is selected. Quote
eldiano Posted February 7 Posted February 7 It's funny because we all order around the same time due to the pieces drop dates/hour so in reality my order that hasn't shipped is still close to being shipped but the torso and cape is luckily still available. Quote
jodawill Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I just got a USPS email saying my October PAB order is finally being delivered on Saturday. 110 days. That's absolutely insane. I'm still waiting on more parts I ordered for Brickworld a few days later. I'm not going to have much time to build my display before the show. Quote

The Reader Posted February 7 Posted February 7 (edited) Yesterday I got the invoice for my missing parts from my October order. Body and arms of the gorilla. So hopefully they get shipped soon so that I get the last missing animal from the summer 2024 City jungle sets. 6 hours ago, Clone OPatra said: It seems they've coded the site right now not to show anything out of stock even when "show out of stock" is selected. Yes, same here. OOS parts aren't shown anymore. Nazgul and wolfpack torsos are available. But the Nazgul torso is quite expensive with 1,73 €. Edited February 7 by The Reader Quote
karrit Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Just got one of the two items they've actually shipped individually from my November 7th order. I thought it would be the one with 2 capes since they supposedly shipped that first. Turned out to be the 4 torn capes that they shipped out a few days later. Guess I'll give it til the end of next week to see if the other ones show up before giving CS a call. Quote
BitByBrick Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Just got an email that my Oct 8 order is on its way. 🤞🏻 Exactly 4 months from placing the order, to it finally being shipped. Now the 2-3 weeks for it to arrive from Denmark. I’ll actually believe it when it shows up on USPS tracking. So, given this standard, my order from Nov 11 should ship mid March, reaching me sometime in April. Last time I called CS, the support person was super friendly but seemed frazzled. Must be hard dealing with the order backup, and having no clue as to the timing. Quote
karrit Posted February 9 Posted February 9 This situation is beyond ridiculous at this point. I knew the November orders would be delayed but the October orders were crazy enough since I received the two later orders well before the earliest one. Now November orders seem even worse since they've shipped me two parts out of 61 in two separate shipments from my November 7th order. The other 59 parts are still in limbo. I find it hard to believe at this point that none of those part are available to ship since they seem to have no problem sending the same parts to the rest of the world and only sending me two out of the 61 different parts in two separate shipments. This order was over 400 total parts of 61 different standard ones. We are now beyond 90 days for my November 7th order. My last message to them was met with the same generic response that people have been getting since December about excessive orders, warehouse issues & they are working on it. I guess at this point we need to expect it might take up to a year to receive any non-bestseller seller parts ordered if we are in North America which is totally unacceptable. I also have two additional orders from late November that I'm waiting on. Also placed an order for some newer parts last week that at this point I'll be lucky if I see them by next summer. Kind of makes it impossible to plan anything for conventions unless you can plan a year out or longer. Quote
Capybara554321 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Yeah this wasn't handled well. They should've had banner that stated they would halt the ability to order Dec 31st due to an upcoming warehouse reset(Missing pieceswill remain open). Shop will reopen March 1st* That'd give them a month to fulfill all orders and a month to reset. And if need be they can push the reopen date if needed. Quote
karrit Posted February 9 Posted February 9 (edited) The European warehouse upgrade occured back in early October. The upgrade was for Europe, Australia & New Zealand but not North America. Here we are 4 months later still waiting. They didn't shut down ordering for us until after Black Friday which was almost two months later. Now they are using the warehouse & warehouse software upgrades as an excuse for these 3 & 4 months delays. I fully expected that I would receive my orders from October before Christmas but only received the last one which was my first October order a couple of weeks ago. Based on previous years I knew not to expect the November orders until some time in January but I certainly expected to have received them by now. Edited February 9 by karrit Quote

They did, they mentioned it in the US page that standard pieces will be delayed under further notice. they took the notice down early January but they let consumers known. 2021 was the last year PaB worked like a charm, now it's waiting months for bricks. They didn't suspend ordering for North America until December. All they did prior to that was keep extending the number of days it would take for them to ship out the orders. When I placed my October 9th order the shipping time on the website still said 28 days. It was changed on the website to 40 days the day after I placed that order which coincides with when they converted the European warehouse. It remained posted as 40 days throughout October. they didn't change it to 50 days until some time in November. I don't think it was unrealistic for us to expect to receive our orders within two months based on the shipping times they posted on the website. I think what really upsets most of us is the failure on their part to keep us updated on the delays and the continuous use of the warehouse & warehouse software upgrades as the excuse for these delays. It doesn't help that the responses when one does contact CS is they are working on it and no concrete info on when we can reasonably expect to receive items we ordered months ago. Then they keep telling us to give it a couple of more weeks and we can call back to cancel the order if we want after we give it a few more weeks. It's not bloody likely that I'm going to cancel any order that contains parts that are slated for retirement, that's the whole reason many of us ordered the parts when we did. Back in December I was assured that I would receive everything that I ordered because they were available. Now people are having parts deleted from orders placed months ago due to them now being sold out. Quote
Murdoch17 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 (edited) So I sent LEGO CS a message The very first message I sent was on Jan 23rd, and I got a response the next day (the 24th) and they said to reply to the message if my Nov. 28th order didn't ship the next week. I emailed back on Feb. 3rd and never received a response. Another message on the 6th of February also was met with radio silence. This is very puzzling, and my order STILL hasn't shipped, even though I'm now reading a lot of other Nov. 28th orders are. I needed these parts by Feb. 22nd (that's obviously not happening!), which is why I ordered them in November of last year. I'm honestly about done with P-A-B.... If I want something from LEGO, I'll go to the store and get it or go someplace else entirely, like Bricklink. So much for LEGO's so-called customer service! Edited February 9 by Murdoch17 Quote
