My recent order also lacked the heads (2 types, 12 of each) that showed up a week later. I assumed it was a stock problem. Quote

They will ship the order even if a part is missing from stock now, sometimes they ship it later and sometimes they delete it it seems. So must pay more attention now and put any missing parts back on the next order, but it seems there is less delay now at least Quote

If it’s from standard Europe order, I get it a standard list sheet, if it’s a bestseller from the US I get the fancy lego printout with the list, thanking me for the order. It’s a nice gesture since I forget the amount and can match the ordered quantity most of the time Quote
karrit Posted March 11 Posted March 11 I'm still getting printouts with both bestseller & standard part orders in the US. I have an issue with they printouts they've been sending lately with standard part orders. The order number doesn't match the order number that LEGO assigns to the full order, it's a totally different random number so it's a pain to match up to the actual receipt they email. Last two standard orders received I've been shorted a quantity of 1 of a particular element each time. One order I only received 11 of the 12 I ordered and the other I only got 23 of the 24 I ordered. Still need to call customer service about it. One was a 1x1 round printed tile that they seem to have stopped including an extra of anymore in the PAB orders, they used to almost always send at least 1 extra. I also have an order I placed when most of the newer torsos and other parts showed up as Bestsellers that I'm still waiting on the Spaceman torsos in both colors. Just got another update that they are still backordered but they'll be charging my card soon. The issue with that is the order page online makes it look like they actually already shipped them with the rest of my order. It says partially backordered at the top but shows the cost of the backordered parts rather than awaiting stock for the ones that still haven't shipped. Quote

This was from the brief time they moved a bunch of those parts from Standard to Bestsellers in the U.S. Looks like they are currently OOS online. I wonder if it has to do with the parts being moved back to the Standard parts list and stock not being replenished for remaining orders from when they were listed as Bestsellers in the U.S. Quote

I'm quite peeved since both have been available as standard parts off and on since I originally placed my order when they were briefly listed as best sellers. I have all the other parts needed for both colors of the spaceman but now can't complete them. Quote

Literally the entire rest of the world doesn't have any differentiation any more, and hasn't for quite a while. Feel for you both - hopefully you can still get the torsos eventually! Quote
