Hey guys,

I just thought I would throw out an idea for you guys.

There are alot of reviews floating around in the varies forums.

Why not make a sub forum for each group, Star Wars. Indy, Exo-force.

That way, say 6 months from now. Someone wants to know about 10179. They would be able to find the 2 that have been done so far. Mine and Dunimas. And more if they are done in the future.

Otherwise they are going to get buried in time and forgot about.

Just a thought, Jamie

Sorry Chuck, I don't verture out of the Star Wars forum much.

I don't think there is such a system in place in the Star Wars section.

EDIT

There is one in place, but, it isn't like what I was talking about. Not something pinned, but, a whole new Review section. Not all reviews are posted there.

If there was a review forum. That would be the first place people would look. And it would be up to us to post them there. It would save the MODs and Admin time from pinning them.

An example is the reviews Dunimas and I did for 10179. It is not posted in the index/ review section of the Star Wars, Yoda cant be everywhere at once. He can't pin every review and what not. I am not saying I want them pinned, but, I just thought it would be easier for people find.

There have also been reviews in the Star Wars forums for the TIE Crawler, Sith Infiltrator, and Republic Cruiser. These are not pinned either. Someone may not know about them unless they saw it when it was in the forums. Now that they are pushed back to the 2nd page they are forgotten.

While I see your point-in my opinion, the mods and admins would still have a time indexing the reviews into pinned theme topics. We could have them sub-forums in the reviews forum, but I get the feeling the admins do not like having too many sub-forums. That's just my opinion. :-$ Thanks for sharing your thoughts Jamie! *sweet*

Well it's been brought up before a bunch, too many subforums make things way too complicated

Though ofcourse the matter is entirely in the hands of the admins, I would like to add that when people look for reviews, they probably first try to find it in the subforums of the themes they're interested in. At least, that's what I do.
