When do stores usually get new catalogues?

Hey, wasn't sure if this is the right section to post this so a mod can move this if it's necessary.

Anyway, is it known when stores generally get the catalogues for the next year? 2016 is pretty near but I haven't seen the 2016 catalogue anywhere yet. Or do they usually arrive closer to the next year?

Here in Lithuania it happens about a week or two before sets are actually set to be released officially. Electronic version of same catalogues for 2nd half year this year were found even a week or so earlier.
