Hinckley Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Sorry Doug. I'm not sure any such place exists. Maybe you can hang up the fronts of your favorite LEGO boxes? Could you do me a favor? I can't speak for everybody, but could you not start a topic with a CAPS LOCK title please?-unless they're releasing LEGO Lord of the Rings or a UCS Jabba's Sail Barge or UCS AT-ST or the Taj-mahal in mini-fig scale, etc... Anyway, it's the equivalent of shouting on the bus, IMO. Best of luck finding appropriate wall hangings for your LEGO room. Will you post pictures once it's all put together? *sweet* Quote
zz-80 Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Have you tried Posternow.com? Or maybe you should ask a LEGO Shop or toy retailer in your vicinity. At least a print shop should be able to print you a poster from a scan or something? Quote
hollisbrick Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Good idea hinckley. You could use the front of the boxes or u could pin up the instructions even. Quote
maiq the liar Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 try Bricklink, the old standard. they often have display stands and posters there under "Misc". Quote
Clonie Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 There are printable Bionicle posters on the Bionicle site, if you're interested in it. Quote
TheFrisian Posted October 4, 2007 Posted October 4, 2007 Also, the Castle section on the LEGO website has some posters you could print. I don't know if any other themes have posters, but it might be worth checking it out. Quote
iamded Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 (edited) There was a Lego building competition in Wellington that my friend attended (he should be joining EB soon. Also, he won 1st place for his age group). Anyway, you could take some posters with you, he picked up extra for me. I now have an Exo-force, Castle, Mars Mission and City Fire sets posters in A4 size. Also, my mate picked up a massive Exo-force banner, I'm so jealous! Anyway, I guess just keep look out for ny Lego competitions being held near you, they're bound to have free posters etc. ~Peace Edited October 7, 2007 by iamded Quote
Doctor Sinister Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I've been ordering a load of stuff from S@H lately and with each order they've given me a little double-sided poster of the City theme. There's a cool City view one side, and on the other, a key to all the sets you can buy from the scene. Dr. S. Quote
Turaga of Force Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Try eBay, with searches such as "retail display," "store display," "poster," "promo," and "exclusive." You can print out posters on LEGO.com, and you can buy posters on BrickLink by going to "Buy LEGO" then to "Items for Sale" then to "Gear." I would link but it wouldn't go to the right page cause there are several BL pages with the same address... >.> Quote
Axle Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 http://marsmission.lego.com/en-us/Downloads/Posters.aspx http://castle.lego.com/en-us/Downloads/Posters.aspx http://city.lego.com/en-us/downloads/posters.aspx Try all the products on Lego.com, they nearly all have posters! Quote
hewkii9 Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Get Lego Magazine. They have posters in there sometimes [2006 teaser poster]. The Toa Mata and Rahaga -not sure about others- had posters. The Toa Mata's were on the back of an ad sheet, the Rahaga's on the back of the instructions. Some other sets might have them, too. Quote
Corvus Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Hang Lego sets from the ceiling. I hung up my useless 2007 flying EF sets. They look nice. :-) Here's a suggestion: Why don't we turn this into a "Lego Lair Improvement Thread", and everyone puts up their ideas on decoration, etc.? Quote
SirNadroj Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 These are always fun to hang up: http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?...007&cn=473&d=70 I've got an old oe (Royal Knights /lion) and it looks good. Then you could always buy a Dannebrog (is that what they call it [Danish Flag]) I got one to honour my favorite country! ;-) Quote
