Mr. Townsend Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) While browsing Flickr I came across this amazing 17th century mansion complete with a marching band and carriage by VincentKiew. Click an image to go to the album to see more. Edited October 22, 2015 by Mr. Townsend Quote
Captain Dee Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 This is a very fine creation and it reminds me of a certain palace built by Captain Braunsfeld. The classic red roof looks great with tan walls, and the white windows really stand out. A little more lawn space would be nice, but that could easily get out of hand from a builder's perpective. The courtyard wall technique makes it look aged, and the cobblestone is a simple way of spicing up the plain baseplates. The marching band is cool and I like the carriage. Vincent, you've done well. BrickOn Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Awesome, I keep thinking I need a military band, the drums and cymbals look makable, but where does that chrome trumpet come from, any ideas (my google skills are failing me)? Quote

Captain Braunsfeld Posted October 22, 2015 Posted October 22, 2015 Fine, fine, fine - even with a marching band! Quote
