Chuck Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Marcus Fenix is the main character from the hit Xbox 360 game, "Gears of War". The stand is based off that of Legohaulic's Marcus Fenix megafig. -Chuck- Quote
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 As a huge GOW fan (despite the fact that I've never actually played the game), this is AWESOME! Great job! Quote
PSPguy Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 I think the front is too bulky. Also, is that a lancer he is holding? Also, again, Ravensdorn u think u a huge fan? I can prove u wrong. Quote
KimT Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 Also, again, Ravensdorn u think u a huge fan? I can prove u wrong. What a stupid odd thing to write. :-| Nice work *y* I played some Warhammer 40K when I was younger and this fig reminds me of the ever hardcore space marines. Super alternate use of bricks. *y* *y* KimT Quote
casewindu Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 Great work lego2k I really like the floor piece, I have had this game for ages and only just completed it, on easy mode! X-D you should make a big daddy from bioshock now: but once again nice fig! ;-) Quote

X-D you should make a big daddy from bioshock now: but once again nice fig! ;-) I'll see what I can do. Certain aspects of it shall make it a fun and complicated build, i.e. the portholes, roll cage, drill. etc. Though I can't make it right away as school has started for me :-/ -Chuck- Quote
SirNadroj Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 (edited) Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........video games. |-/ Oh well, good job anyway! What I'd like to see based on video games is a well-done Mario, or a bob-omb, or something. ;-) EDIT: My 900th post!!! Edited September 9, 2007 by SirNadroj Quote
Sir Dillon Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 I'm not sure I particularly like that choice of head, but everything else is nicely done. The saw on the gun is simple yet wonderfully done, and I really like the armor. That's also a great use of the bullet sticker for the insignia. Quote
