Puvel Posted June 10, 2015 Posted June 10, 2015 There's a good chance you just saw the epic Enchanted forest but I was quite proud when I was building this yesterday so I'm posting it anyway! The idea was to practise a bit with texture and rocks but I ran out of bricks too soon so ended up adding a little temple. Quote

You've added enough texture to the base to keep it interesting but the path is perhaps a bit too geometric. The trees, while basic, certainly do the job and the CMF fits the scene well. Is the temple intended to be functional or something like old ruins? Quote

Exetrius Posted June 11, 2015 Posted June 11, 2015 Nice texturing on the ground. Rockwork and vegetation look OK, I quite like the temple design, though I would replace those window frames with something more solid (2x2 round bricks for instance) that can support the weight of that dome. Quote

Build the temple to be functional but it looks a bit off so it could be one that has seen its best time. Replacing the window frames with round 2x2s might solve that though so I'll look into that as well. Thanks for the tip!
