Robianco Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 (edited) Hi all, As much as I hate the writers over at yahoo there was an article posted today about things you can do with Lego: https://uk.lifestyle...-135025793.html Yes it's written by a five year old and just seems to collated from various sources but I actually quite like the key holder made from Duplo bricks! Blondie-Wan Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 I wouldn't trust that cake holder unless it were glued, or built differently. Quote
Robianco Posted May 20, 2015 Author Posted May 20, 2015 I wouldn't trust that cake holder unless it were glued, or built differently. I wouldn't trust half of the things on there! Quote
Tariq j Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Nice find, That structural repairs doesn't seem a bad idea... Quote
talos Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Keep the fire extinguisher ready for that lamp shade. :-/ Quote
ProducePrincess Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Keep the fire extinguisher ready for that lamp shade. :-/ The old "hotter than the sun" light bulbs aren't really in use anymore. Why would the Lego lampshade be a fire hazard? Only thing I would be worried about is how fragile and heavy it would be. Quote
Deathleech Posted May 21, 2015 Posted May 21, 2015 Interesting ideas. I have seen the key holder done in Lego before, and done much better to boot: No drilling or cutting required! Quote
Jared Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 The "mirror" has knex pieces on it... I'm so done. Quote
dr_spock Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Keep the fire extinguisher ready for that lamp shade. :-/ LEGO is made from ABS plastic which contains flame retardants. Quote
