There are a lot of smart ideas here, I like the hexagonal cargo and the cockpit in particular. Are real bricks available in all these colours?

The second (spoiler) ship LEGO? Looks like your work flow includes rendering followed by composing the final pic but always starting with a solid design.

No. At first I made that 3D model. And I even didn't planed to make LEGO version of it. That was absolutely spontaneously.

The overall shape and design is great, as is the color selection (even if they're not all available in real bricks!). I really like the hexagonal cargo pods, and the solar arrays build with the ship rigging pieces are a cool method as well. Wonderfully done!

I not so sure that this last version was made with real bricks. The #48310 part wasn't produced by Lego in red color ...

Nevertheless, the new nose is very appealing. Great job and bravo.

Some of your renders on Flickr are looking like so real and you have so many different references of parts in scene.

Which software did you use if I may ask ?

I am not sure either. Some bits look out of focus which hints to being shot rl, though the light reflections on some of the red hull pieces look unusual. Maybe its just matte paint though.

That's an incredible render. I was convinced it was real until I noticed that the dark gray plate on the front looked fake.

The build is also very good. Love how you built the solar panels.
