Hi!

A MOC based on a true story! My son and I went on a rollercoaster ride where a dragon's head suddenly popped out of the wall. Upon arriving home my son was adamant that we needed to build our own dragon popping out of a wall.

So here it is: The Dragon Cave. The dragon's head is actually from a lego set of a Tyrannosaurus Rex (31024), so it is not our own creation. My son just modified it into a dragon's head by adding the fire :) Not sure if Dragon Knights are supposed to be scared of dragons, but thought it added a pinch of irony to the whole scene

Hope you enjoy the build! We welcome C and C :)

Very good composition. The rocks, greenery and of course the dragon all look excellent. The cave is pretty good and the base looks nice. For some reason this reminds me of a storybook with the terrified knight running away. Your son should have fun with it. Very good build!

Thanks all for your feedback :classic:

Yes, that's the one. It's a creator set with 3 designs and one of them is a T-Rex.

Is the head just sitting in there or is it connected?

I put the head on a turntable so my son can move it from side to side when he plays with it. He's not always that gentle though so it has fallen off a couple of times, as have some of the vegetation. Oh well :classic:
