1302, Evil spreads through Europe. A blood-thirsty creature has risen and now threatens the European kingdoms. The Vampire Warlord is gathering his armies and prepares to unleash his dark minions in order to enslave all humans.

However, all the powerful kings and the mighty lords have met in secret to prepare their defense. The only solution seem to be the destruction of the Vampire Warlord, the only being who was able to control his army of darkness. A knight was chosen to bear the heavy task and appeared to be Humanity's last hope. His name was Lord Henrik and many considered him one of the most gifted fighters of his time.

Early in the morning on the day following the Great Meeting, Lord Henrik left his king's castle and began his quest.

Yet, the Warlord soon got wind of the council's plans as his spies had already infected the highest spheres of power, and he sent his best and darkest creatures after Henrik. Nevertheless, Henrik could now rely on Andamir, a new ally who helped him when the knight fell in a trap. Andamir was a mysterious person who always covered his face with a hood but he was also an expert fighter who used his spear and his crossbow at their best.

It seemed though that Henrik and Andamir were still far away from the end of their quest.

After the story, here are the characters. I hope you'll like them...

I forsee hours of fun with these creations. I like the all grey armor look with henrik. How many evil soldiers do you have? I think one would need at least twenty for henrik to slay. Again, nice job.

Good story Lord Beckett, I enjoyed reading it!

The characters are also nice, although I wouldn't have given Henrik the archer helmet.. I much more prefer the grill or pointy visor helmet. A guy with an archer helmet seems like a soldier to me. Just an advice!

But other than that it's nice!

Seems like an interesting story, just let me give you some advices for the minifigs:

Lord Henrik: pretty good, but I'd give him a helmet visor and the silver armour pieces the 2007 knights sport. They would make him look more.. heroic.

Andamir: I like this guy the best. The Dragon Master torso fits well here. Maybe you could give him a cape, to make him more...mysterious?

Vampire soldier: he could use different coloured hands (red, for example) and a shield, like the Fright Knights one. Besides this, I'd say it's good (no pun intended).

Vampire Warlord: I like the *vader* face and the long black hair, but I can't see a vampire using that torso. Peraphs you should use the Studious vampire torso for him? That would work perfectly, I think.

I agree with the viewpoint the kettle helm is too common for Henrik.

I also agree Andamir should have a cape. Capes are kick-megablocks ;-) Although he looks great without one as well.

I think the Vampire Warlord looks great!

Very interesting story Lord B. I am most interested in the mysterious Andamir. I always like these types of characters. Do you plan to expand this story and build additional MOCs? Great intro story!

Thanks for all the positive feedbacks, I really appreciate. :-$

Unfortunately, I only have one... I was not a great Fright Knight fan at the time, so I only own one or two sets from that line and I only have one fright knight. :'-(

However I have a few "old" skellies.

I first planned to give him the pointy visor helmet but I had to change my plans as the one I have was already used by another minifig and as the archer helmet is one of my favorite helmets, I wanted to give it to my main character...

I had indeed thought of a cloak for Andamir but I was afraid to damage it with the hood. Anyway, it can easily be modified... a black cloak would be the best I imagine.

Good idea for the hands, I will definitely use red hands you are right and I wasn't 100% pleased with his arms. For the shield, it's a really good idea but I don't have any since I don't have lots of fright knight sets and Bricklink is too expensive for a poor student like me. :-D

For the Warlord on the other hand, I'm quite pleased with his current look and I'm afraid he would look a bit anachronic with the other vampire outfit (and moreover I don't own it either :'-( )...

I wanted him to have an armour (but not a common one) just like Count Dracula in the beginning of Francis F. Coppola's film... X-D

It is a possibility but originally it was intended to be an incomplete story in order to give people who would be interested in making their own Blood Wars line the freedom to continue the story in the way they want. Now, I don't know if someone would ever be interested in making his own line... X-D

These figs are great, especially the warlord soldiers. An army of these would be quite scary.

One thing I would change would be the shield for Henrick however as I don't like the design (too childish IMO).

I think these shields are better :

or even these

Thanks for the feedback. You are right about the shield, it's true that the lion's head looks a bit childish (but not as childish as those of KK2 *wacko* :-D ).

Those ones are not bad too...

I'll perhaps post new pictures with all the changes but I need some time since I have to leave this afternoon and I won't be back home until Friday... :-(

Nice. I kinda like the vampire. I think it's the vampire that needs a cape though. Hmmm... something like that would be perfect to lead the skelly army...
