Don't get me wrong here, Its really a great MOC and greatly build like always for him, but somehow it doesn't appeal to me that strongly ;-) Regarding UB's entry: Its those kind of sets I would love TLC to produce (kind of smaller Cafe Corners & Market Street) at way more affordable prices !!
