OOC: Vindsval drank a remedy (during the last fight) and a potion (after the last fight) so he should no longer be bleeding and at full health, and Verkenner is no longer poisoned.

"Indeed we shall Bobby, Indeed we shall. Of how much are you in need in order to purchase said scythe? It does seem to have some interesting properties. Though perhaps....." Vindsval trails off as he digs into one of his storage pouches. He withdraws a wicked looking double ended Sai. "While I obtained this before leaving the hall, I do not yet have the expertise to wield it. I would LOAN it to you until we return to the hall if you feel it would aid us in the coming confrontation with Cole."

I dont think so, it doesnt go up till you reach 14. Yours is actually the only one that is correct.

Miderun watched the pair of fools ride off, shaking her head as if in disappointment, but made no mention of it.

"Sure, but you can't talk all your problems away. Solving problems usually ends in violence. If they didn't, there wouldn't be heroes around to solve them." Miderun shrugged, and turned to Vein. "Now about that ambush..."

Annienal takes Miderun's attitude towards her as dismal, and kicks a rock on the ground, feeling defeated.

"Good luck!" Bobby shouts as the two ride off into the sunset. "They seemed like tight dudes. Hope they make it to Xu, yo! What were they here for? Getting chased by the dude that we gotta deal with?"

"Um... they were told to be here by Sean Cole. I mean, they outright stated why they're here." Annienal looks at Bobby in a concerned manner, crossing her arms.

"Bobby, you did pay attention, right?"

[Zepher]

"Yeah, but all they said is that they'd have to bounce now if they wanted to outrun him, yo. Don't know why he'd be employing or chasing carpet cleaners, but I guess that's his biz." Bobby checks his coin pouch and finds a few coins that were wedged into nooks and crannies (ooh: stats update) and blushes as Vind offers him some. "Yo, man, might not need that coin, but I'd take those dagger fo' sho'."

Vindsval LOANS the spiky little man his recently acquired Twin Sai (WP: 10, dual strike, dagger).

"I expect this back upon our return him Bobby. Not that I mistrust you of course, but roguish men such as yourself often have a reputation for quick and nimble fingers. It seems that though one threat is passed, we must be ready to face another. I do not believe nimble words will deter the minions of Cole a second time."

After what was chronologically hours, but strangely felt like days ( ), hoof-beats suddenly sounded on the road, and two more figures rode into sight.

The white-haired one completely ignored the heroes, shouting out in no particular direction:

"Merry! Kangaroo-face! Where are you two s-"

Unfortunately, his voice was drowned out momentarily by a convenient rock-slide, echoing out from somewhere far further down the canyon.

"-at? And where's Cole's reception?!"

You may return to him and inform he we wish his presence, you may threaten us and die where you sit, or you may ride off on a path of your own choosing and we will not follow nor harbor ill will. Make your decision and let us end this farce."
