I would suggest that the best way to help that would be to make the future poles all transparent (obviously some people will do it anyways, but it should work as a good deterrent)

Also why they voted for someone (a small explanation so the losers know what to do better next time) :)

The polls are working just fine, and open voting has different issues. :) I'm just talking about a poll where it can be seen who has voted for who (the type of poll usually used for reviews) If someone wanted to they could give an in depth critique of way they voted as they did but I realize not everyone has that kind of time!

I'll admit, four or five years ago I had another account, but I never used it and lost the sign-in information.
