I am looking to buy some different parts than what I currently have.

I will be on vacation in Germany the later half of this May. Does anyone here know where I can find stores that have PaB in them. I am not looking for basic bricks or plates as I have a different PaB I can go to for that. I am looking for more unique parts. :')

I know that there is a PaB in LEGOLAND but is that worth a visit or is it just like all the others in the retail brand LEGO stores?

I would really appreciate some pictures of what parts are available.

Thank you any one for information,

>-| Calm?, I have always been calm. :$ I just really like the little faces. They help me to express my emotion even though if I was speaking with you in person you might not be able to tell.

Firstly, thanks |-D , I will be in Germany for the last 11 days in May. I come back to the US on the 30th. So, in a sense I will be all over the country. I have tenative plans for Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Oldenburg, and Nurnberg. Though I may make other stops as well. I really only want to visit the "best" spot for PaB. I am really looking for parts I am not able to get here in the US. I was at LLC back in 2003 so I don't have much interest in seeing the park in Germany all that much.

I have never been to Germany and I think I will have a great time. LEGO is just a hobby for me though so if I don't get an opportunity to stop and get some LEGO I will be fine. *sick* Maybe.

You say that LEGOLAND had the best PaB though so I will look at making a stop there. I emailed them to see if they had the store up front so I wouldn't have to get a ticket but the reply I got is that you have to buy a ticket but if you leave in under 45 minutes you are refunded. How does PaB work in Germany? We have a set price for different sized plastic cups. What is the tax like? Is there anything else I should know about it.

Thanks again Apo. You admins run a fun site and your friendliness makes Eurobricks a great place to be.

At the Lego Stores you'll be able to fill some small cans (available in two different sizes). I can't tell yxou much about the prices and / or sizes of the cans though.

Unlike the Lego Store PaB you wont find a PaB wall at the Legoland store, but there will be many large tubs of parts you can select from, at least this was the situation when I was there two years ago. There you have to pay by weight, if I remember correctly it should be 6 or 7 Euro per 100 gramms.

Hope this helps! :)
