Naked ? Come on you dirty AFOL, she obviously has a lava bikini... (it's at least what lego will say to the union of concern german mothers...)

I think that may be the first naked female minifigure Lego has produced.

Are we sure none of the skullskins were female ? :)

Haha, much true!

How about Ghost Master Bansha or CMF Banshee? They don't wear a skirt or trousers over their ghost tail...

Okay, we've had enough dirty fun about this, we should get back on track with the discussion!

So much potential. Those figures are amazing. I hope we'll get the big rock monster too, brick built.

As for that list... Even if there's 4 ultimates, 14 more sets is a lot.

I swear I'll be swimming in Nexo Knights boxes in my basement by the end of the 2016, like Scrooge.

None of them. Krazi would have been suggestive, but the writers used male pronouns and was played by a male in the TV show.

I love the look of these villains! I love how they're sticking with Ninjago's individually named baddies, except making them FAR more unique between each other.

Yeah, I think Ninjago's got some great concepts, but they use the same concept for every enemy and thus reduce the uniqueness of each figure. These guys are distinctive, but not too much that you can't tell they work together. Ninjago had skeletons, ghosts, and serpents, NK has fat little devils, magma men, and snake-tailed naked lava ladies. (By the way, that sounds like a really cool song title!) I expect to see these new villains on display at the Toy Fair, with a few others.

I've gotta say, I'm REALLY impressed that of the six Lava Monster characters revealed on the new interactive map, three of them are female. Ninjago has had a pretty poor track record when it comes to giving us female villains. Other than Pixal and Skylor (who were really morally ambiguous supporting characters) and Bansha (the first "true" female villain minifigure in Ninjago), there haven't been any in over five years. Legends of Chima had a better track record, but it usually gave us at best two new female heroes and two new female villains and two new female villains per year. So for this theme to give us THREE female villains, one female main character, and at least two female supporting characters in its first year is a lot better than I could have anticipated. :classic:

Yes, and one of the beauty of these NK vilains is their sheer number in only 2 wawes. Ninjago ghosts and serpents didn't arrived the first year... The increasing quality of the prints on the minifig helped to create cool designs, and I think TLC realizes customers are more and more into collecting this cool figs (and less into building or even playing as some will argue). So they give us what we want...

I wonder if we'll get that guy with hair (facing Jestro). That looks like the male Elves hairpiece.

That's the book dude, isn't it? That looks like a book stuck to his face.

He's just kneeling or standing in front of Jestro, who's holding the book.

I am pretty sure he means the one holding the book

(EDIT: Sorry I forgot to quote so I reposted my comment)

Huh, so I guess we completely missed Flama in the trailer.

WAIT, WHAT TRAILER!?!?!

I just notice : it's a pity they couldn't do Axl minifig hands yellow...

Aren't those just armor? They're silver in the set, so they're clearly not his actual hands. They seem to be light orange in the picture above.
