Nacho Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Just noticed a Top Gear Lego trailer has been released. Are we likely to have a Top Gear themed set at some point? I know I had a survey from Top Gear not that long ago - one of the questions was asking about Lego. Quote
jfbat Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Just got it via Facebook. Nicely done, this one! Quote
Meiko Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 Ha, very neat. Glad they used the Speed Champions sets too. Good advertising. Quote
Peppermint_M Posted January 14, 2015 Posted January 14, 2015 That was very clever and certainly funny. Quote
Lind Whisperer Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 At 0:09 you can see a model car sprue built out of LEGO - is there any Top Gear specific references in that, or just a reference to the fact that LEGO is also making model cars now(and of course, a chance to show off some clever building)? The reference of the sprue is that in the actual Top Gear studio, there is this large wall panel with car parts and stuff on it. So I guess the Lego version is trying to replicate that. Quote

Tariq j Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 Very nice, I hope they do sets next year. Quote
Jared Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Fingers crossed they do a whole episode in LEGO! I guarantee it would be the most watched thing of the day (probably). Plus, how could James May say no? He built a whole HOUSE out of the stuff! ;D Quote
