Nice work Riddler *y*

Not to be mean, but the costuming on tis show looks horrible! Bleh! Everyone is wearing striped/plaid pants!

As a fan, I'd be inclined to tell you that it's to emphasise the eccentricities of the title character. Especially in his sixth incarnation, when his regeneration was incredibly ustable leading to an eratic and slightly violent Doctor. ;-)

Nice figs, I like the striped pants, It's a bit Austin Powers :-D

Never knew Rowan Atkinson also played Dr. Who.

Nice figs. I've never seen the series, but I can tell you two things:

A) It looks British

B) It looks......odd, to say the least, but what do you expect, it's Sci-fi (right?)!

It was in a special for Comic Relief - it's not canon.

Nor is Richard E. Grant's portrayal of the Ninth Doctor in BBCi online animated webcast, produced before the new series'. He's affectionately known as 'the Shalka Doctor'

B) It looks......odd, to say the least, but what do you expect, it's Sci-fi (right?)!

A) Yes, it most definitely is. In origin, portrayal, setting, humour and plot. It's good to have something classic that comes from the UK, actually.

B) It's in it's oddity that it gets it's Britishness, and it's lasting imprint on the memory. No one would remember it otherwise. And yes, it is sci-fi.

Excellent minifigs! I really like them.

It would kind of help if you gave a name, and maybe a short description to them though. I can't really compare them to the real thing this way. I have never watched Doctor Who so I have no clue X-D

I feel I should oblige, seeing as how I am a Whovian.

The Doctor is an alien, a Time Lord. He travels through space and time in his TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space). Time Lords live to incredible ages, and have the ability to regenerate, to change body when one wears out. Throughout his life, the Doctor has had a large number of companions who accompany him on his travels.

The Doctor is currently in his 10th incarnation. Recently he survived a Time War in which his planet (Gallifrey) was destroyed. His travels have brought him into confrontation with a number of enemies, none greater than the Daleks. Other 'big' baddies include the Cybermen and the Master, another Time Lord.

His TARDIS is shaped like a police box, because the camoflage mechanism failed. This 'cameleon circuit' should allow the TARDIS to change outward appearence, but is stuck. The TARDIS is (a lot) bigger on the inside, because it is 'dimensionally transcendal.'

The Doctor is essentially an enigma. No-one knows who he really is, whether the Doctor is his real name or not. Each incarnation brings out a different facet of the Doctor's personality: the first was grumpy, the second childish, the third scientific, the fourth eccentric, the fifth youthful, the sixth arrogant, the seventh plotting, the eighth 'British', the ninth quiet, and the tenth energetic.

The Doctor in incarnations 1-10 clockwise.

Hope that helps, and if you need anymore just ask. :-)
