Need help identifying this color.

In this picture, what color would you say the legs and arms are in?

My guess is Dark Gray but it might be Dark Bluish Gray.

I think the arms and legs are dark bluish gray, the custom armor looks to have a brownish tinge to it more like old dark grey.

I would definitely say it is more likely dark bluish-gray. This would also be my personal choice for such an application, as dk bluish-gray is more like steel than the old dark gray, which is slightly brownish (as Vorkosigan mentioned). The custom armor seems more metallic than LEGO grays.
