Hoke unleashes a tremendous lightning charged Spell Spin that finishes off one of the heads, the mystic knight's blade searing the stump so that no other monster would spring forth. Benji returns to his dinosaur form and proceeds to rip another head nearly to shreds, before reverting back to his normal self and springing away.

Hoke slumps over against the sewer wall, oblivious to the filth and muck he sits in. Deep labored breaths soon segue into a steady rhythm.

"Thank you," he says firmly to Benji,"I am not sure I could have done that on my own."

As Hoke speaks, Torc gently slides off the Mystic Knight and glides effortlessly through the sewage. She digs in voraciously into the downed hydra and eats her fill. She was growing.

Hoke looks around once more to gain his bearings,"I think we are close to the Guild of Invision. A good thing as I suspect we will need to talk to them eventually."

Hoke hears the voices down the way and dims the light of his Diamond.

Hoke turns to Benji and whispers,"Looks like we may have run into your friends from the Lotus."

Hoke walks towards the light and the voices, gently dimming the Diamond as they get closer.

As Hoke moves forward he can make out the shapes of the two strangers from The Lotus, one having a flaming orb hovering above his hand, though they have not yet spotted Hoke or Benji.

Benji walks over closer to the two characters.

"Good evening gentlemen, I apologize for listening in on you, but I must warn you. The Croakan is right. The wolf lair is so well defended, there is no way you will succeed in breaking in, especially if your goal is to assassinate his lordship. And goons, ha, his minions quite extend beyond that. He's got a bloody immortal freak woman, and an army of werewolves. I respect the Phlegmen's abilities but this is beyond your ability. I must beseech of ye to abandon this pointless mission. It's only for your own sakes, lads."
