DJ Force Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 Has anyone ever built a MOC out of the Iron Condor 8105 set? I recently bought two extras (accidently), and now I Quote
DARKspawn Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 I only have a couple of exoforce sets, but all my sets are destined to first be sorted & then become something greater than the some of their original parts ;-) I know lots of people love collecting sets, but personally I love collecting elements & making my own stuff. I am never unhappy to recieve multiples of a single set, because it's not the actual set I am interested in, it's the elements, & you can never have too many of those :-D Quote
DJ Force Posted June 24, 2007 Author Posted June 24, 2007 Yeah, I understand that collecting method. Lego is meant to be collected in great numbers to build huge MOCs :) Still, if there Quote
Bionic-Sun Posted July 23, 2007 Posted July 23, 2007 How about MOCing those two Iron Condors into a robot areoplane? Quote
DJ Force Posted July 24, 2007 Author Posted July 24, 2007 show me how to build an aeroplane of that crap :D Quote
Lord Admiral Helden Ravensdorn Posted July 24, 2007 Posted July 24, 2007 I have an idea! Combine them into one big Iron Condor that doesnt suck like the set does. Quote

For once I truly agree with you, Admiral! *sweet* The Iron Condor set, although the general concept is nice, indeed sucks. (Cockpit is just a cannon on the front, cannon looks ugly' But these parts could be very nice for a bigger mech ( or a fighter!) Quote

Zarkan Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 Well, I built something: Yeah, not the greatest, but I tried. Here's the bio in the folder description: A unmanned drone that is used for scouting by the robots. Heavily armored and lightly armed. ~~END~~ Quote
Shine Posted September 14, 2007 Posted September 14, 2007 Sorry to pull up this semi-old thread, but I thought this and this were worth mentioning. Quote
PaulC Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 Sorry to pull up this semi-old thread, but I thought this and this were worth mentioning.Wow, those two mechs are pretty neat, especially the second one which is made from two Iron Condors and even uses the robot pilots as part of the body!
