Finn McMissile, British intelligence. I wanted to make something big for this contest so I went brickset and looked at all the set with RRP at $149.99 among the sets I found 10262 and decided why not turn this British spy car into a different British spy car and I made Finn McMissile from Pixar's cars 2. Sadly there weren't enough part to recreate all of his gadgets but I did manage to include a hidden gun and if you replace the black round tile with bar on his wheels with a red one (that is included with the set) you can give him his explosives.
