  1. Wow, your idea for the nose is looking really good! Can't wait to see the rest of it. IMO, most System-scale Lego Star Wars sets of vehicles under 100 ft in length are pretty in-scale. Going by my scale (1 stud : 1 ft), Lego scale is 1:38, and I know that makes the average minifig only 5 ft tall in their own scale, but that doesn't matter to me much, as everything else works out and it makes it easier to accurately size minifig-scale creations. That puts the most recent System-scale X-wing at 41 ft long, which is spot-on for the "real" T-65 X-wing. However, I also have similar minor problems with the shaping, turning mechanism (as GuyDudeMan27 said), and other areas that you've mentioned, but I do believe that is the best Lego could do in 2012 while staying within (2012-era) legal building techniques and making it durable enough for kids to play with, so it doesn't bother me TOO much... but I still feel a little unsastified looking at it and holding it in the hand, moreso than that same year's TIE Fighter and Y-wing. I also can't wait for the TFA TIE Fighter and X-wing, and I agree that the canopy piece on the X-wing is GLORIOUS.
  2. Great minifigs. The movie sucked SO HARD, though he is going to make two more, for the other two seasons, or "books" of the show. Anyone Remember in the beginning of the movie, where it said, "Book 1: Water"? The other two are gonna be Book 2: Earth (with Toph in it) and Book 3: Fire.
  3. Nice review. I got Mark Surge recently, and I got to say, he's a pretty cool little guy. Actually, the story is still going on online. -Jed
  4. Great review! I don't think anyone else has had problems with the helmet besides you. I've always been able to put mine on my minifig's head. Maybe your minifig's helmet is just mis-molded. -Jed
  5. My favorite themes are City, Space, and Divers, and this is one of the best sub-themes of the latter. Nice set, great review. -Jed
  6. Nice review, Rufus! I love your reviews. At that part where you said the cannon looks like a U-boat deck cannon, I thought it looked like a Higgins boat landing craft gun, and I also thought the thing looked like a Higgins boat. -Jed
  7. Nice review! Loving that gate. Are those new BURP's I see? They don't look very ugly compared to the old ones. I'd even call them just BRP's. -Jed
  8. Cool set and excellent review! -Jed
  9. Great MOC! Really awesome. I love the guys falling into the water, the guys pouring the wine, and the "amateurish woodcutter." -Jed
  10. Cool MOC! I love it! -Jed
  11. That's one of the first reviews of a set that hasn't come out yet I've seen. The only other one is CopMike's review of the Collectible Minifig Astronaut. -Jed
  12. That's a pretty cool set! The review's not bad, either.
  13. Nice MOC, Terran!
  14. Pretty cool set! Good review of it, too.
  15. A few reviews, yes. Not very many, but still some. Thanks!
