  1. Nice mog, kupo! It's hard to make a moogle and keep it in scale with minifigs, and I think you did a great job! Make a cactuar fig!
  2. I have this set, not in box, but I have all the pieces. Not a huge fan of the western theme though... I think it's kind of rare, and it's a really nice set, so if anyone wants to buy it from me, I would sell it for a good price... How much is it worth, and is anyone interested?
  3. I consider fantasy a necessity to my displays. I have a modest Atlantis army attacking my imperial port. (5 Mantas, 2 Shark-men, 1 Squid Leader). I also have a few skeleton pirates.
  4. Am I allowed to do the showdown at the O.K. Corral? It took place in 1881, and was a western shootout. I guess it doesn't really fit with the contest theme, right?
  5. How about a community pirate crew? Each person is assigned a role at random (cook, navigator, first mate, etc.) and we take a picture of a minifig we make to fit the role. Then, someone photoshops them into a group picture aboard a pirate vessel.
  6. Yay a new mafia game! I've never participated before, but I've been waiting for the chance! Please include me!
  7. I usually never buy licensed sets. This review has convinced me otherwise. I HAVE TO GET THIS SET! It looks amazing from your great pictures and descriptions. I'm especially interested in the katana holder. Thanks for a great review!
  8. I just got back from the lego store in Nyack, NY, and I picked up one of these. GREAT HAUL!!! About 50 flat brown 1x4s (the smooth "floorboard" kind) About 50 Light blue 2x2s A pirate Mast! (From Brickbeards Bounty) A brown basin! (the big circular one) A ton of white window "panes" (but no windows to hold them) 10 or so black criss-cross railings A really cool arched space police looking window And some other assorted generic figs. I'm especially happy about the mast, since I mainly collect pirates. Now I wish I'd gotten more than one grab bag. The other ones looked kind of similar (there were about ten) One of them was completely different, it looked like it had the parts for 3 different bionicle figures! (bionicle is not really my thing, otherwise I would have snagged it) I highly recommend getting these.

    MOC: Arch

This is beautiful! Masterfully built. I thought it was a new TLG-made set for a second. lol
  10. This is a beautiful MOC, great job!
  11. Very creative! I like the LGM chef, great use of toy story parts.
  12. Awesome little story! How are you getting these so early? Do you work for TLG?
  13. My vote goes to the cannon foundry. The roof is awesome, and it just looks perfect.
  14. This is legit one of the coolest figs I have seen in a while. What is that hockey mask looking thing behind the helmet? Is it a brickarms piece? I love this figure! I hope you make more steampunk looking figs, you're very good at it.
  15. Nice use of the power drillers head! I'd been meaning to pick up a drillers set to mix the parts in with my pirate crew, and I probably will be soon, it looks great!
  16. These are so cool! Team Rocket is flawless! You should make a Giovanni fig with persian.
  17. Very nice rust! Awesome fig! It'd look great in a unit of other troopers.
