  1. Beautiful. The little details are my favorite, like the little stairways, i might have to steal the design . Excellent shuttle design as well!
  2. Thanks, and no, i dont think ill make an AT-OT, but im starting to try and build a UT-AT. I haven't seen anyone make one of those yet.
  3. I think your version turned out perfect. The scale, and the angle of the slopes and wedges look to be better proportioned anyway. Great job! Cant wait to see the Executor!
  4. Just a few more photos, this time, with my LAAT/i included.. And my matching mini speeder, version 2.0:
  5. These torsos were really reasonable, i believe i got them for less than a dollar each on bricklink. It was the helmets that were expensive... : P
  6. Wow, i really like this! Great design.
  7. I had a lot of fun building it. I never really design anything, i just sit on the floor with all my parts and put things together and take things apart til im happy with it. Thats true... but i think mine looks a bit more robust than this, haha:
  8. thanks! and no, its just grey, but i added some fun bits. Heres a linkto the post i made for it.
  9. My brother asked me the same question. Since its a land based vehicle, i thought red was a little too much. The grey makes it a little more tactical, more like a real tank.

    AT-TEh

Since a dropship needs something to drop, i built a more heavily armed (of course) version of the AT-TE, and changed the colors up a little bit too, as usual. Ill get some pictures of it with my red LAAT/c as soon as i finish building the connection mechanism.. Enjoy! Front: Overall shot: And some detail shots of my redesigned, un-manned turret: I haven't completed this yet, i'm still designing detail aspects of it, and ill post more pictures when i do so. Thanks for looking! comments and criticism welcome as always!
  11. Im with brickfoot on this. You're always posting these enormous, elaborate, beautifully constructed works of lego art. Where do you find the time for these?!
  12. Thanks! It was a lot of fun to design and build. Ill have to post a picture of both of my red LAAT's together. Very imposing. Also, would it be possible to add my LAAT/i and LAAT/c to the star wars MOC database?
  13. Haha, thank you very much. You'll probably enjoy the new post i made about my version of the LAAT/c too as well : ]
  14. Thanks! To answer your question, I decided to leave them in just the uniforms, since the light grey panels on the front and back of this torso reminded me of body armor. I didn't want to clutter up the figs too much, since they're supposed to be an elite squad anyway.
  15. You all may remember my re-imagined LAAT/i (republic gunship) in an all red colour scheme.. (click here if you didnt see it) well, i decided to just keep going with that theme and built an all red LAAT/c with a few of my own little tweaks. Here are some pictures for you... From the front: Overall shot: Some greebling that replaced the awkward-looking carry handle on my design: And the tail end of the ship. I removed the tail gun, since it would work in tandem with my very heavily armed version of the RGS/LAAT/i: (The grey structure under the ship is just a support stand, i didnt want to put stress on the fairly fragile arms) Thanks for looking! comments and criticism are very welcome!
