Sadly, no, If my calculations are correct (and they are not always, take my mistake in my first trial of the POA), then for it to be minifig scale it would have to be about 20-meters long, 6.5-meters wide, and 7.4-meters high. This is assuming a minifig is about 4.1cm tall and the Master Chief is about 213cm tall. A little too big (and expensive) to be feasible. It will be, however, big at 2-meters long(I think that is about 6' 8" long). Lee
