I don't think anyone answered this yet, Am I allowed to have a custom cape accessory?

So Hold on a minute, we can not modify the lego pieces ina ny way at all? Not even to say add something like the flash ears? Or can we at least make our own Fabric accessories?

Hello all. My names Ben, I am only 14 and yes I know this forum is meant for older members, but as Scotsman, I thought I should join, so I did! I am very active in the lego community. I am a moderator of the Minifig Customization network, and I also visit Classic-space forums, FBTB forums and various other sites I lurk on. I like to build space, town, castle (occasionally) Actually I really build what in phases, right now its a space phase. Well what else....
