True, but I only have a small number of parts to use and I would rather see those parts go to something else, such as a MOC that I can call my own rather than an improved System Set. EverettYA

Thanks it is great to hear the opinion of both sides, it helped me pick. I have chosen to make it a parts pack because, like Brickdoctor suggested, I was going to MOD but I have to decided it would be a waste of my parts. EverettYA

Hi, I didn't see this question posted here yet so, I ask; Is the 10188 Death Star better as a Display Model or as a Parts pack? I am torn because it is designed to be a play model (hence the 24 minifigs) yet I don't play with my Lego sets. Thanks, EverettYA

To cure my builder's block I often scroll through bricklink or LDD and by simply looking at the different peices it usually gives me the inpiration I need. EverettYA

I believe he is referring to the Australian price. Based on current S@H prices $290 AUD should be the equivalent of $150 USD. So that puts the train at a cheaper price than the current Cargo Train. EverettYA

Here is my entry. Thanks for the raffle! After finding success with wooden toys, Gepetto decided to move on to plastic toys. He worked, made a prototype, and began building. Soon his creation was made, and it just needed some paint. Out of the blue, just like Pinocchio, his creation turned to life! As Gepetto turned his back his unpainted Boba Fett walked off into the city... The white Boba Fett is supposed to be walking out the door. EverettYA

Its a printing of his arm armour. While most gladiators didn't have much armour, I think it is a great addition.

Thanks thats probably it. Yes they're a great addition to any town. I was lucky enough to have a copy of the NHL Championship Challenge. So I have all the special "hockey" parts.

This may be the wrong forum. Moderators feel free to move it. I recently completed my first design for an outdoor hockey rink and I was looking for your guy's opinions on how to improve it. I will remove the white 8x16 tiles and replace them with the ones with the hockey printings on them. I'm trying for something like this (on a smaller scale). My major concern is the nets. They looks really weird. I thought about using these but they are really out of proportion. Comments and Criticism Welcome. EverettYA

If you do own photoshop (.psd is photoshop's native format) I would go to the file and resave it as a jpeg of png. If you do not have photoshop I would use a file converting website to convert .psd to jpeg or png. There are many out there such as go2convert.com. Not really. Though it depends on your point of view. This piece is found in 26 sets. It goes for about 10 cents.

Thanks everyone for the comments. Ha it kills me but I'm too much of a purist to even use Sharpie. Your right maybe the Snowtroopers took to fire to the fire fighters to make there lives easier Thanks your right. I was trying to emphasize the fire by kepeping the background simple, but I will keep those ideas in mind for future MOCs it would improve the overall effect. EverettYA
