Thanks everyone, and thank you for that link. It was the classic 1980 6000 ideas book. The lego arrived yesterday, very dirty condition having been stored in the attic. I spent two hours scrubbing about a fifth of it for my son to play with. one of the best pieces is the first LEGO build and float fireship, which we rebuilt into a dredger as the firefighter stickers had come off. My son wanted to name it, the only lego letters I had were the remainders from my LEGO keyrings, so the boat is called the ONKEN SKONK. Having a kid is the best way to come out of the Dark Age of no LEGO. My wife is very happy fo r me to keep the LEGO supply coming as my son will play with it for hours. Hello there, my name is David and I've recently got back into Lego. My oldest son just turned four and received some Lego starter sets for his birthday. Every night before he goes to bed is spent with him building cars, trucks, boats and houses. His Grandma has discovered my old Lego in a large box in her attic and it's being cleaned and brought over to add to our, sorry, his collection. I have a couple of questions, mainly about a lego publication that I had as a nipper, (which my then toddler sister tore up) and I wondered if anyone else remembered it. Where would be the appropriate place to ask?
