I think we will but not for a while, probably in 06 once theyve done lots of ep3 sets.

I know what you mean and these sets sure do put a strain on the old bank acount.

Yeah and whilst their at it they can give us a tie interceptor, i mean it wont take them long to change a normal tie fighter to a interceptor.

Yeah i know, but perhaps there people out their who are building droid armys or tusken raider army. They used to have final duel 2 but their all gone now :'(

Well that will just plain suck, theyve given us vaders tie twice this year already. If it is indeed his tie then lego are sure trying to milk as much money as they can out of this one. :(

Ok it seems that the entertainer toy shop in the Uk are selling some sets for half price. Sets include: Final Duel 1

As most old minifig sets used to come with 5 figs you could have: Vader and snowtroopers, Jedi Knights, Yoda and clone troopers, Dooku and battle droids....oh i could go on forever :'(

Alls fair in business, just think of all the wonderful mini fig sets that we could of had if hasbro had not complained :'( .

Well when i first told a friend he to would make jokes about it, nothing nasty just the usual ribbing that mates give each other. However he soon stopped when i showed him on ebay that an old m falcon went for so much money. Now he buys sets to sell, however over the last few weeks i have noticed that he has in fact built a few and put them on display. My girlfriend loves to look at the lego sets that i have, only problem is that she moves them around alot especally the ewoks, girls just love teddy bears dont they. The way i look at it is that there are loads of people out there that spend time doing things like jigsaw puzzles, model plane building etc and to me thats like the equizalent of me building with lego, it helps me to relax and it can be good at releving stress and its just a hobby which is somethink that everybody has. Overall there is always going to be people who will Criticize you for what you like but that dosent just apply to collecting lego it applys to most things in life. If you do find someone thats really negative then challenge him to build something like the star destroyer after 30 mins theyll have a whole new respect for building lego sets. Its really up to you how you act in public, if you feel Comfortable talking about your collection then just go with it. And remember theres alot of us out there that feel just the same way you do about lego, thats why im grateful that we have websites like this one.

I just saw the new issue on PS2 (over here in the UK) which has a review of the new star wars game inside, it has plenty of pics and they all look great. It seems that you start off in ep 1 and go through to ep2 not sure if you also go through to ep 3 tho.

Luigi's right regarding the agreement, i heard that hasbro complained when lego released those star wars fig packs a few years ago. Still lego could give us a cheap set with say a AT-XT and 4 clones in it and hasbro wouldnt be able to moan.

Firstly id like to say that i have been a visitor to fbtb since the very beginning, but i always feel like im on the outside looking in when i post at fbtb. They seem to be stuck in the past, everytime someone posts a leaked pic they end up having the same argument over and over again, they then say things like 'well we dont post leaked pics as we get bigger and better ones from lego than anyone else' that statement was true years ago but nowadays they usually get the same as everyone else. IMO the only reason they got good pics at the start was because there was a real lack of websites that were lego star wars based. I think they need to change the way things are done, for the last few years lego have sent out to shops pics of upcoming sets and everytime they end up on the web. Lego must know this but they still continue to send the pics out, my way of thinking is that perhaps lego likes this, after all a pic of an upcoming set generates alot of buzz it also wets our taste buds and keeps lego sets fresh in peoples minds. Anyhow i would like to say thanks to all the people who set up this website, your attitude is refreshing and i for one feel welcome here.

Too true jon, i hadnt looked at it that way. I would love to see him off a few jedi like he did in the cartoon. On another note i really wish they hadnt killed jango off, he was great and it would of been cool to see him going up against the clonetroopers.

Well thats a tough one, on bricklink theres not much between them. I would say 1 and a bit, but must people want both and are in the same postion as you ie they will trade nearly anything for a snow trooper except a clone/storm trooper. Just out of intrest how many clone/snow/storm troopers do u have and how many are you after??

Ah the age old problem of not enough clones, i to have had this problem. One of the things i did was to buy aload of clone helmets from bricklink along with some regular black heads, white torso's and legs. Then i went on brickshelf downloaded a decal of the clones torso and then printed onto labels to apply to the white torso's. They came out ok, each custom fig worked out at about $3.00 which is alot cheaper than what they sell the proper ones for on both ebay and bricklink. To be honest i would be very surprised if anyone is willing to trade clones with you as they along with snow/storm troopers are the most sought after....sorry. Sying that i did once get lucky on ebay, someone was selling 25 clone helmets which i picked up for

Thats a pic of him in his default postion i believe, makes you wonder what he looks like when not in that postion? I dont think he will be as good as he was in the cartoon as hes more of a background character from what ive read.

Ok then back on topic, i do hope we get a new mold for the clonetroopers and lots of wookies too.
