  1. Very nice, imagine many of those along the back wall of a Minifig city, it would look amazing! I get more of an Amsterdam vibe than Brussles however! Nice work though!
  2. Nice review, though I like it when we can vote on the model! Hmmm, My views are mixed on this one, especially as my wife owns a Smart ForTwo convertible (You can't put your head back in that either!!!) Where are the rear lights???!!! I see the brakelight but some taillights are seriously missing on this car! I would have prefered more parts for the B pillar and seen some lights incoporated! I will get some, a black bonnet/roof section, more slanted type of tinted screen and more minifig pieces make it a must. Price, £3.99 here in the UK?
  3. Good review, though a simpler background would have given you more focus on the pictures. Try using a large A1 piece of card or something to hide the background as I did here for my Train Set...
  4. Milan, I love your construction creations, they are inspiring me to get away from my City inspired creations and be more daring! Don't lose them to a need for pieces and I'd love to see your new vehicle set including creations to carry these masterpieces!
  5. That looks great! I love what you did to create the wing mirrors! Similar but with different touches! I think they do look more NYPD hey! Maybe I'll learn to print stickers!
  6. Knocked these up to fit in with my other city cars. I will get more adventurous soon I promise! High speed Traffic car... Traffic car, Police MPV and Off Roader with Jet Ski Can you suggest anything that could make them better? I went with the side markers US style as per the Sports Car TLG do, but could always change them for white 1X1 bricks
  7. I snapped one up for retail BUY IT NOW off ebay today and wondering if I should open it or keep it MISB? Seems a shame to open the box in a way now the stocks are ending, will it continue to appreciate or is it's inflated simply because of Xmas and as soon as the new set is released won't be in demand anymore? What do you think?
  8. Plus keep the boxes and instructions and you can always build the sets up again and sell them as used. Still go for more than you paid for them!
  9. Excellent! It looks perfect for the job and the little details finish it nicely! Good job! The smaller wheels suit it nicely! The tow hitch looks nice and substantial. I like the wide frame for the tow hitch too!
  10. What an exciting project! Looking forward to seeing it develop. I agree with the guys about the trailer, so I found this on a site local to you. At least I would say it needs to be a dualie?
  11. Police HQ no stocks about and Old Fire Station Stock is empty and won't be replaced I am told.
  12. I visited the Lego Store in Milton Keynes last night and stock was very healthy on a lot of sets I haven't seen anywhere else! Toys R Us and Argos have pathetic stocks of Lego at the moment, as do Tesco and Sainsbury's! The Milton Keynes Lego Store had these sets I haven't seen in other places: 7639 Camper Van 7641 City Corner 7747 Wind Turbine Transport 7743 Police Truck 7245 Prisoner Transport 7898 Cargo Train Deluxe 7993 Service Station 7732 Air Mail Plane 7739 Coast Gaurd Patrol Boat & Tower 10194 Emerald Night 10185 Green Grocer 10197 Fire Brigade Eiffel Tower
  13. WOW! I'm blown away by the size of your city! Kids dream for sure!
  14. Here is the evo 2 version of the above! Changed the 1X4 holed piece for solid, narrowed the axles... Does it look better? Finally a pic with another Design change, the Fire MPV that comes with the now older Fire Station, also done as a Police Version
  15. Thanks for the replies! I'll try the narrower axles this week on both Jeeps and repost some picks! Darth_Legois, I wanted to do a closed MPV based on the Fire MPV that comes in the current Fire Station. Any pics of yours?
