Yes im buying from a bl seller from america. I have emailed the lego.com. just that they don't even send an comfirmation for sending the parts to me. after 1 weeks How could a white hinge could only damaged 1 side and not the other side? if the visor is damaged by mail crushed, i still can accept as it have spare. IT was not USED PARTS.. it was brand new from the poly. IT was hard to accept that when i get this defected parts.

I brought the polybag via US seller. and im in malaysia. Maybe anotther reason they don't entertain is coz of the country? In malaysia have lego land... but there is no service support at malaysia. Kinda funny lol :grin:

yes i do send a message to lego.com , after 4 days there is no reply or any comment from them. It was disappointed and unlucky to get a defected parts. I think they wont reply and they think that this is fraud, as they dont have a system to update the picture. Now a days those poly bag quality is getting down? "here's my 2 cents"

The visor have spare , but the white color brick dont have any spare. It make the set incomplete.

I have done it, but lego.com didn't reply me for 3 days. In my opinion, it was not damaged in store, as the lego is quite solid, impossible to bend the white color part just a corner. If you try to bend it .. i think i will be broken before you can bend into this shape.

Recently I get 2 defected lego parts in just a small polybag.. lego movie polybag 30282. I have sended an email to lego.com. And they just send me an automated email. After 2 days there ain't any action or reply from lego.com. I feel frustrated.. is there anyone also encounter same problem with the polybag 30282?
