Thanks for the info, I was afraid that was what I had to look forward to in dealing with Big W. I'll just return the set to a store and get a refund rather than waste time trying to get Big W to fix their mistake.

Big W's online customer service was completely useless and clearly didn't even read the email I sent them. They just sent back a canned email about being able to return the item to a store, which may be difficult given I don't actually have the item to return. I'll try to phone customer service later.

Further to this Big W Online actually shipped out the Kingdoms Prison Tower Rescue (7947) rather than the Kings Castle set (to me at least). Did anyone receive the Kings Castle as ordered?

The email I received had this line "Cannot be used with current electric or toy catalogues" so unfortunately a double discount doesn't look possible.

Went to Knox and picked up an Emerald Knight for myself and Imperial Flagship for a friend. They had the extra 10% Myer One discount sign posted and announced it over the intercom, so getting that was no problem. Also got the giant Mario Bag after the lady in front of us in the queue reminded the staff about that offer :) Didn't get offered the Lego membership but after a long queue I was happy just to get out of Myer. Stock levels were variable there was 6 or so Emerald Knights left, but only one Imperial Flagship and one Fire Station. I didn't see any Cargo Train, Train Station or Lamborghini sets.
