Merlin of Lego

While I am not a big fan of this line and will likly not buy any for my uses, my 7 yr old keeps begging me let him buy some. He thinks they are so cool..... He will think that this is so cool and it will be on his list of things to beg for. I can see him using this monster to fight the black dragon that he has. With the bigger Star Wars sets, the Emerald Night, Medieval Market place, and the new Carousel, I think it can be harder for us AFOLs to remember that not all of the lines are for us. I think that this line is more for the kids, and the kids like it more than we do. My son loves to look at them and I have over heard other parents in hte store talk about how ugly the sets are but that there kid really wants them, and then they leave with two sets.

I am interested to know how many CC folks Joined EB because of this crash and if so will you now post regularly at both?
