  1. I would love to see a re release of 4504 or a new good looking system scaled Millenium Falcon, since i missed 4504 and 7190 because of my dark ages. i couldn't say it better. I think no one does, but i think it is just an overpriced dusk collector. Well i would love to build one (in fact i am currently trying) but some parts are essential to build a MF properly, like the Cockpit windows or some techinc parts i dont have, not to mention the minifigures (especialy Chewie or C3PO). I almost forgot if TLC would Design a new MF, i hope they dont do it like 7190, it looked too much <insert that tiresome argument> for my taste.
  2. This is a fantastic MOC. I don't know where to Start, the amount of details is just overwhelming. Its nice to see how you included some Medieval Market Village style Houses into your island. i like the roof of the Tower (the one with the palm tree leaves), i think its a ingenious and funny idea likewise. Everything else i could say has already been said, so i just want to congratulate you on this masterpiece MOC.
  3. Wow this is really a grand ship. You just have got a new Fan of your work. Nice to see a Ship of the Hanseatic League, i didn't know that there have been big ships like Galleons. I love how you did the Tumblehome and the seven sided Stern. I especially like your curved Planking it looks really realistic and elegant, but is it sturdy enough to move the Ship without breaking apart? Like someone said above, the gunports are ingenius! (particularly the first of the two versions you showed us above). Are the cannons able to move, so the gunports NEED to be opend or closed? I hope you don't mind if i copy your doors to lower deck for my small explorer Galeon i am currently building. One question, don't you think your Spritsail is slightly to big? It could be the angle of the Pictures on the other hand. Is the cabin going to get some furniture? Overall this is one of the best Lego ships i have ever seen. Keep on your outstanding work. Ps: on thing, please don't paint the Sails too much.
  4. I actually bought 2 of them for half the normal price a year ago. The Wagon itself is... well unrealistic, but fun to play with. My main reason to buy tihs set where the Minifigures, and they are really nice and well detailed. This set is a great source for Weapons and those Great Viking Shields. I agree that the Vikings line would have been even better if TLC would have removed the Technic Monsters (and these flick fire Missiles) and replaced them with an enemy Fraction the vikings could battle, like another viking clan, orcs, or some Knights for example. TLC even could have included Vikings into the regular Fantasy Castle line of 2007-2009.
  5. I would love to see a Romans or Greeks line. There could be great Minifigs and a lot of nice sets, like a Galley, Gladiators or a Roman military camp for example. So i voted for Greek and Roman.
  6. I like your Ships too. Nice use of the dishes, is this the USS Enterprise from the latest movie? (because of the position of the neck on the Engineering section) Do you have more ships or Stations? (a D7 Cruiser would fit perfectly into your scene) btw. ST fan here too
  7. I am not American but i hope it's ok, if i sign too.
  8. Wow this is already a beauty. As some already stated, nice Color sceme and beautyful lines. I like the Stern most, simple but yet beautyful lines. Sorry, if i repeat mysef. One question about the long tubes on the bow, the ones that go upwards. Are you going to cut them shorter or will the stay that way?
  9. Well to be honest, no i did not had have the chance to watch it by now. But from what i have heard, its more a Star wars than a ST Movie. Maybe ST will change into something that Kids may like, if we like it or not.
  10. I think the biggest problem for someone who is going to build Star trek Mocs/ possible Sets would be the enormous scale differences. (as Example: length of a Defiant class escort ca 170m and a borg cube with a lenght of ca. 3000m) Let's assume TLC would get the ST license, there would be nearly an infinte number of possible sets, there are 7 series with all together around 700 episodes, and (now) 11 Movies, set in at least 3 different Timeframes. But i think Star Trek is, unlike Star Wars, not enough action oriented and so not enough appealing to Children, which is the main audience of TLC. And year LEGO Klingons would be more than awesome... quapla
  11. I sign. When the western theme came out i was in the middle of my dark ages, so it would be great for me to have some indians, cowboys and soldiers minifigures. I don't care if they are Fleshies or yellows i like them both.
  12. LEGO Star Trek would be great, imagine all the Ships we have seen in all those 40 Years, even if TLC would make only 10% of them it would be a massive fleet. Unlike other Sci-Fi themes, it would be possible not only to focus on conflict but to exploration of Space. But form a Realistic point of view, i doubt there will be any Star Trek lego theme in the near future. With Star Wars, TLC has already a sucessful sci-fi license, which is sadly far more appealing to children than Star Trek. And yes, i dont like Star Wars, but don't tell annyone.
  13. I dont like striped Sails in a Pirate related theme. I always associated striped sails with Vikings, but not with 17 to 19 century Sailing ships. Even when i was a child i replaced the striped sails with plain white paper sheets, so i voted for the IMTP Ship Sails.
  14. WOW and thank you for this nice new Pictures Mr. Mandalorian. The Captains Quarter looks interesting, the organ looks kinda cool. Does my memory decieve me, or did Captain Nemo have a Organ in his Quarters too? With every new picture i like this ship more and more. Again, thanks for those new Pictures.
  15. This is a real beauty. I'll definitely buy one. I love all those nice little details, like the interior of the chitchen for example which are really nice. Did you notice, TLC didn't include a crane, finnaly. LOL Unfortunatly this Ship features not enough Cannons to fill all the gunports. Hm, did i see right, the captain has to climb up a ladder to reach the bridge ? Apart from that its a well designed Ship and the Designer should be Promoted to Captain.
