It looks like he used glue. Shame shame. 8-

Actually, Aayla, in EU, like Hinckley said, Mara Jade went undercover in Jabba's Palace as the dancer Arica. I didn't take notice of that particular scene in the new version, but it still is possible.

Someone's gotten the Sith Infiltrator
Janus replied to Two-Faced Batman Fan's topic in LEGO Star Wars
You think it's worse than the original, simonwillems? I just don't understand...the old one looks like a semi-triangular piece of paper with a TIE Advanced stuck to the back. Would you mind elaborating? -
Exclusive EB Review: 7093 - Skeleton Tower
Janus replied to Starwars4J's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I picked up the Castle Siege, Catapult, and Crossbow sets already, and I was contemplating this one. Though it is a bit lacking in detail, I think it'll be worth the money. I have plenty of extras from my torn apart Vladek's Dark Fortress to spruce it up a bit! Still have to get the Skeleton Cart and find the Joust sets...this is the best Castle theme in a long time! -
Wow...too much to buy. MTT is amazing, that is first on my list. Jedi Starfighter is up there, as it's a sleek ship and comes with Kit Fisto *wub* . Echo Base for the snow and rebel troopers, along with the snowspeeder and parts for an MOC Echo Base that I want to do. Republic Cruiser...that might have to be pushed back. As much as I want fleshy Quiggy and Obi to match my others, it's too much right now. Naboo Starfighter and TIE Crawler...eh. Maybe sometime. They're cool, but nothing extraordinary.

Well they need to make the set right this time. Battle Packs are where it's at. A few gungans, a Kaadu, and some device for launching the balls. Knowing LEGO, it'd be some kind of modified Zamor sphere launcher with blue spheres, which, honestly, wouldn't be too bad or too off from the movie. Those Zamor sphere launchers are some of the best launchers LEGO has come up with.

Hey, this got bumped. Wow, it's been a while since I did this review.

The Republic Cruiser is awesome. I'm amassing a nice fleshie collection now, and a new Quiggy and Obi, along with some officers and an awesome astromech are welcome. The ship itself looks very nice, and will look even nicer next to my minifig ISD. As for the Hoth set, I plan on buying this and beginning work on the Echo Base Docking Bay. I may have to extend the door a bit, but at least it will give me the pieces to get started. Maybe I will buy 2...more troopers, more door pieces, and another snowspeeder...yeah, I'll definitely get 2. On a side note, I am loving these new guns! Seeing the little snowtroopers with an E-Web and actual Blaster Rifles...it's a great sight.

So many classic LEGO touches to this set. The cave with the treasure in it, the little wooden shack on the right side, a nice looking torn sail, a pirate hat...LEGO is starting to get it. I will be purchasing this set along with the whole line.

How are we supposed to be surprised when you tell us exactly what you are showing? :-D

Yeah, nice work making the channels screen. Clever ideas. I've got a Wii and a 360 myself. Just picked up Sonic and the Secret Rings the other day, and I'm pretty impressed.

Absolutely beautiful. The detail in the trench...stunning. I had actually been thinking about how to implement a trench, and I had never thought of building up a hill like that. Smart.
-
Very cool! My only complaint is that you have the old AT-ST and not the hot new one. :-P

I agree. If there were a new Paradisa line, I would definitely buy. My (growing) town has, if I recall correctly, 2 women.

To answer the question, no, Playmobil doesn't do very well here in the US. It's nearly impossible to find them anywhere.
