(sorry for the additional empty message-my bad) Thanks! I wrote to them now about it and hope they indeed send me the part. By the way, is there a chance it started the problems due to "heavyweight lifting" (*) with the winch (and thus the clutch worked very hard these few days)? If it's true, they should say something about that in the manual, like all other warnings and "don't do" list/figures that are found there. For me it's not obvious that working hard with the model should ruin the part. (*) i.e. many times the vehcile pulled itself with the winch since heavy objects were attached to the hook at the front.

I didn't put any extra on it so I tried disassembling some of the model in order to get the clutch part. I took the part ant it seems intact and not broken or something like that. Should I change it to other tooth piece from other technic set (and then i don't have aclutch)? Thanks! Just an update: Ichanged the clutch into this: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/3650 and it works just fine. Ensuring I turn off the motor each time it finsihes a "circle', should I keep it there? thanks again!

Hi all! I have some problem with the model 8297-off road truck. I've built it, everything worked fine for the first few days and then at the 4th day after building it don't raise the suspension with the motor; i.e. if I turn the truck upside down so the wheels will be on the top (not touching the ground. the roof touches the ground) it DO raises the suspension but if they're on the ground the motor very "struggles" and stucks...changing batteries didn't help me. What can I do? the motorised suspension are one of the key features of this model...please, any help will be appreciated:-( thanks. Additionally I forgot that loweirng the suspension is never a problem, no matter if the truck is upside down or not...
