  1. Thank you all for your kind words. Rick, indeed www.fabuland.net is my site. I haven't been doing much on it lately unfortunately due to a lack of time. I put some pictures of my MOCs on his thread on this site: MOC Fabuland scene Best regards, Sybrand
  2. After a while of only collecting Fabuland I also started making my own Fabuland buildings and scenes some years ago. For a show I was asked to make an own creation on a 48x48 baseplate. Of course I wanted to make something Fabyuland style and also show various items from Fabuland as some houses, cars, a boat and of course different Fabuland figures. The result is in the image below. Note that not all elements have been used in Fabuland sets (e.g. the fences), but I think the model has still a Fabuland style over it. I myself was (and am) pretty content with the result and started to expand the city. I made several modules (each on a 48x48) baseplate, such that I can easily rearrange the modules to create a different look or to ft more easily to the table size on shows. Below are 4 modules next to each other, but they can also be rearranged into a square or put into a corner. Regards, Sybrand
  3. Hi all, Just wanted to introduce myself as new forum member. When I was a small kid Fauland was already my favorite team and I had quite some sets (at least for my feeling). When I came across a second-hand shop with Fabuland sets when I was 18 I checked the internet about Fabuland again and noticed that there were still many more sets. That when I started collecting them . A few years ago I started also building MOCs in Fabuland style, some are better than others I will show pictures of them later. I participate in shows of the Dutch LEGO community and get a lot of positive reactions, both from adults, but also a lot of young kids. Hope to be an active member of this forum, Sybrand
