  1. I just saw that you have created a great Heroica character but never entered playing. Any chance to meet you there some time?

  2. Keziah was about to approach a tough-looking barbarian lady she saw standing near the quest board, but seeing the look on her face as she turned to grab a drink, Keziah thought better of it. This was clearly not a good time to try to strike up a conversation with her!
  3. Keziah walked into the hall unobtrusively. The whole place was buzzing, people were really excited about something or other. She walked over to where the main hubbub seemed to be, and realised that people were gathering round the quest board. It seemed that two quests had be closed recently, and people were eager to see if they had been chosen. Deciding that it would be better to get the lie of the land before signing up for anything, Keziah walked over to the bar and ordered a drink. She drank her cider and soaked up the atmosphere.
  4. I think we must have posted simultaneously, I had to post and run as I had to get back to college for lectures, but that picture for sure wasn't there when I began writing my post! Thank you so much, the whole ensemble looks cool Now I can join in, yay!
  5. My little sister sat on my 6389 fire control centre - luckily no parts were damaged. Thanks again for your help guys - please don't put Bricklink orders in for special parts for my fig though! (unless you were planning to get them anyway )
  6. Thank you so much! I'll post Bricklink links, if that's ok? http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3626bpb051 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=973p4nc01 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=970c55pb01 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=62696 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4499 Also a black cape or something if possible. I'd like the hair in dark brown please :) Also, any old blue trousers will do if you don't have those (or if they look odd - I haven't actually tried that combo) Thank you again so much
  7. Though I'm not actually playing the game at the moment, may I still post here? I'm enjoying following the quests and the goings-on in the Hall so much! Really imaginative characters are emerging (I love De'kra's development at the moment!). I hope the RPG is long-running, so that when I'm back with my bricks I can join in - I even have my character worked out already, though she's not as imaginative as some of those here
  8. Cool, I'm impressed by how much detail you've managed to fit into quite a small space (like the safe-style door at the back of the ATM)
  9. Google chrome reckons there's a possible malware threat from page 20 of this thread http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28092&st=270 Twice I tried to visit that page, and twice I got the warning - it could be that someone posting on that page has linked to something bad? Maybe unknowingly. Anyway, just thought people should know - not sure what the procedure is here.
  10. It seems that people who regularly behave as described by the original poster tend to get warnings from moderators anyway. To me, at least, it seems that the problem is not the lengthy quotes, which can be legitimate and useful; rather it's the poster quoting expansively and then putting "I agree" at the end. These kinds of posts are against guidelines anyway, so a new rule is not really needed. Also, it would be a pain for the mods to enforce, and a character limit would be really frustrating (if it cut you off mid-word, for example). I do agree that it is really annoying when people do that, (especially when the post being quoted is just above!) but I personally feel that the mods already police this issue enough - we also wouldn't want the forum to become like a police state!
  11. I had this as my very first Lego building: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?S=6689-1 The main set I really remember having as a kid was this one: http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=6389-1 My sister sat on it as a toddler
  12. Wow, it's really good to see your whole town together I really like how you've managed to capture the Australian small town feel, and how you've made them buildings interesting whilst still similar enough to really belong together. Good luck with the silos, looks like they'll be epic
  13. That is very cool! I'm extremely jealous ;) I never thought to use the new castle as the wall for a fortified town Do you have any closeups of the layout inside the town (around the buildings from the MMV) that you could show us?
  14. That looks really cool, detailed and realistic :) In the UK, the toilet is often in its own room next door to the bathroom, especially in older houses.
  15. Now that would be cool
