  1. ah well, currenlty dont have the means to order online (i am still a student), but will see about that. BTW does the Lego S@H ship to Singapore? i Dont see it being listed on the ship to list. Have to go through bricklink then.
  2. haha, well i just posted there actually. Incidentally, are u part of any other LUG based in Singapore? I know there one, Singapore 0937 Fanatics Group.
  3. Hi guys, i am new here, and a bit of noob at Lego in general, so am not sure if this topic has been raised before. I bought 8287-1 a while back (this one), and recently i got the new PF components. This led me to wonder if i could control the old motor with the IR RC functions. So i did a bit of digging and experimentation, found out that of the 4 wires from the PF plugs, if i connected the middle 2 to the poles of the old motor, i can get the motor to respond to the IR remote (through the receiver of course). But the problem is i currently have the wires taped to each other, and thats proving to be a bit of a loose connection. Was thinking of soldering the wires, but am afraid of damaging the parts, especially the older motor and the wire for it. Anyone thought about a solution to this? or suggest any ways to solve the problem?
  4. Hi there, just been searching the net for inspiration and found this forums. And then noticed a few other people from singapore. I am 23, and just getting out of my Dark ages. Mostly into Technic and Power Functions for now (though not that good at it, but hoping to gain more knowledge). Heres what i have one so far:http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/131137 (not that impressive compare to what I have seen around though) Looking forward to interactions with everyone here!
