  1. Neil Young, and Crazy Horse. I've been listenin to him and them for about a month and a half since the concert. I can't get enough of them.
  2. Sort of a sneak preview of my latest MOCs: After working all day as a mob leader, Tony falls asleep on the couch in his office... watching tv.
  3. Actually, that would be better for a theater screen as they are easier to use cos of all the buttons. I really hope someone makes one now.
  4. Great review, of what now looks like a great set. I had some of the older sets (I think I got all the deep sea) but I never got this one, which looks great, especially the rocket.
  5. Thanks. If you do try it, please post the result, either a pic or your description would be good. My friend has the iPod touch, I might ask him if I could use it as a test.
  6. Whoah, you make it look so much bigger than the cargo ship. Thats amazing. Thanks for the pics BTW.
  7. Pretty darn good for a last minute design. Is there a piece count?
  8. Thank you Calvin. Finally someone has brought the Mafia to Eurobricks. I am currently making a sort of town thing involving The Mafia and other gangs. I am hoping to make story type things inspired by your headlines. Great incident.
  9. Good. The more people trying, the better the result, as they say... Exactly. I just thought of the nano as having a perfect screen size for a large screen tv. I wonder if anyone here has an iPhone, The iPod Touch or some bigger thing and would try making a cinema. That would be worth seeing.
  10. Saw this a few minutes ago. Its great but I would like to see more pics. I love the one of the guard checking the cells.
  11. These RAMM MOCs seem to be getting better. Is this for the contest or just a creation?
  12. Thats great Badger. The gun looks really good so far, but I think i'll use it as some kinda german gun. I don't have any British troops.
  13. Groovy. Anyone have any ideas on how I could film the ipod playing a show in a brickfilm? Imagine there is a meeting in the tv room, and someone puts on the news or something. Anyone know how I could make a stop motion clip of the people watching it and somehow have a video on the screen. Maybe I could put one pic at a time on the screen and take a pic of that or something.
  14. I love this set. I think I have two or three copies of it. Has to be one of the best vehicles for taking a stretcher with it. The Res-Q line was pretty good. The boat was really good and the hovercraftish thing was great. The best thing, was that scene in some catalogs of that time involving a giant broken bridge with many people and cars falling.
  15. Ha. Thats great. Have you ever seen the episode of mythbusters that ruined this?
  16. Those are all really good uses, my favourite has to be the chef. Do those arms work in either side or are there left and right ones?
  17. Oh. I hope it doesnt seem like I'm bragging. I wonder if anyone has done this before. I'm rarely the guy who comes up with stuff.
  18. I was just syncing a load of Neil Young albums onto my iPod, and I remembered seeing Skipper 24's case for his bigger one, and I thought about Lego tv. I mean a couple of black bricks and a sticker is kinda weird so all I did was make a holding area for my nano: It will soon be incorporated into a wall in the back room of a restaurant I am making. To show it works: Neil Young 4999 Vestas Promo. Gallery with instructions. This is now a good chance to make a newsroom. Thanks for Looking.
  19. Whoah. Amazing. I really hope you win. Its just amazing...
  20. Toymaster on Jervis Street,Dublin sometimes has older sets, though I think they are starting to get rid of Lego entirely. The Smyths on the same road (Near Parnell Cinema) has good sets. Some of the smaller ones are getting down to €3. The besy Smyths I know is near the Square Shopping centre in Tallaght, Dublin. Although I havent been there in years, they had a huge lego section very close to the cashiers. BTW Glad to see a topic about Ireland, Especially Lego in Ireland.
  21. Whoah, thats really great. I Love the upstairs of the grocery shop. Nice street scenes too
  22. Great interior, I don't think i've ever seen a yellow bank. Still Really good.
  23. That looks amazing. The shop looks a bit weird, but the price will decide.
  24. Your DK figs are great. Keep up the good work.
