Lego Digital Designer 4.3. Editing does not seem to give me access to edit the title.

Sorry I've checked the help, online and cant seem to find it. I thought PgUp and PgDown used to move parts along the Z-Axis. Not anymore (running 4.3). Am I complete idiot? X, Y, rotate, sure fine, but I seem to be unable to move pieces along the Z axis. Thank you
