I've downloaded that PDF file and it's actually the same as my #8279 booklet. You can see a snapshot of Bumper Car instruction on the last page. Seems that the instruction can be downloaded with a specific program, but there's no clue to it.

Does anyone have an building instruction of #8279's alternative model, named Bumper Car? I've been searching for this for years since I bought it about ten years ago but it seems nowhere to be found... Please help!
