I propose we discuss those bootleg LEGOs of somewhat original design that are still crush-worthy for being illegal, but should have their creators located and given jobs in LEGO because their designs happen to actually have quality... Not a lot, but still some quality. Seriously, that thing is weird. as far as modifying LEGO minifigs is concerned... I think the most I did was chew on a pair of legs till they could no longer affix to studs properly. and I once painted over a silver BIONICLE Kanohi with gold marker.

Since I place holes in masks with mouths behind them, I guess I'm clear. I always thought the BIONICLE characters were kinda cyborg-ish. On a related note to your apparent fear of cyborgs... You are pointing out that BIONICLE is oriented towards little boys? That's not the point of the argument... I think the point was that it's mostly the BLUE one in BIONICLE "sets of six" that has a chance in heck of being a "girl" character, and save Gavla all of them are associated with the element of Water. It's ALWAYS THE BLUE ONE, if at all. On a related note, why can't we have a green character as a girl? Dryads aren't so bad Also what focus group of autistic 9-year-olds convinced the LEGO BIONICLE Piraka marketing team that they had to give even their female characters such horribly masculine appearances- I wouldn't mind if they just made them flat as a board- but... well, the best example is Hahli Inika's snorkelstache and Gavla being a horrible troll thing.

Well, now that Certavus is over with... we can move along... Why is there no purple in 2009? I remember seeing an explanation somewhere on BZP but I forgot- something about all the LEGO purples being too different. Also why are there no sets of female characters? or am I wrong here?

Yeah, me, Monasti, Merc, and some other guys formed a sort of group with a guy who Imatron had banned (and should not have) dedicated to silliness and fun at Imatron's expense. We had a separate forum for our "headquarters"- we didn't do anything too serious- just some spamming and tormenting people who were really being silly twits on MoD. The funniest bit was when we got Imatron to make our "Headquarters" an extension of Mask of Destiny, but for errr... adult content, like the Hazard Forum Zip described earlier but not ruined by Imatron contradicting himself on what he allowed to be posted there. It's kinda disintegrated though. But still cool And if anyone wants to know exactly what I did to get banned, PM me and I will tell you the full details. It's not worth mentioning here. If you want to see the aforementioned "headquarters" I might tell you over PM if you ask me. But I might not tell you.
